Macho Boys of Kenya
Living in Kenya’s third city, Narok, this group of boys live, eat and sleep together on the streets. For many reasons they have left home – usually an abusive step-father who has thrown them out – and they are drawn together through a shared hardship.
The boys survive by sniffing glue, finding food from anyone who will offer it and by sleeping rough. Although life is tough, it is often better than what they have run away from.
An NGO commissioned project.
